join us for a rare tea tasting guided by Kunie Kajishima from Sayama, one of three major tea producing regions of Japan. this intimate session invites you to discover the quiet artistry of single-origin Sayama tea — celebrated for its deep aroma and hand-finished leaves. guests will also have the opportunity to take part in Cha Kabuki, a traditional Japanese tea guessing game once enjoyed by nobles, offering a playful yet mindful way to deepen one’s sensitivity to flavour and fragrance.
